失眠患者也容易健忘吗？

健忘是指人记忆力减退，是人体智能活动障碍的一种表现，可由许多疾病引起，如脑血管病、帕金森症、一氧化碳中毒、脑外伤等都可引起健忘，表现为近期或远期记忆力减退、易忘事、注意力不集中等。

在短暂性失眠或失眠症早期时，常无健忘症状。而当长期失眠，或失眠症状严重时就会出现健忘。长期失眠病人常常诉说自记忆力减退，做事丢三落四，常常记不清物品放在什么地方，想不起来与自己很熟的人的名字，记不住上课时老师讲的内容，看完一本书后觉得脑袋里空空的，没什么印象。和脑子里有破坏性病变的记忆障碍不同，失眠病人的健忘症状主要是由于注意力不集中、精神疲乏、缺乏兴趣所致；而脑子里有破坏性病变的人根本不能将识记对象保存在大脑里，因而也就无法回忆起来。需要特别指出的是，失眠引起的健忘一般程度轻，更不会进展到痴呆，而且它是暂时性的，是完全可以恢复的，可以随着睡眠状况的好转而好转，对此不必过于担心。

失眠导致健忘的原因有三：一是由于大脑长期处于弱兴奋状态，因而很多活动不能持久，容易疲劳，学习时间稍长就容易走神。二是病人注意力和记忆力常集中在自己的病情和几件特别引起自己烦恼的事情上，常在这上面兜圈子，思想固执，容易固执，容易钻牛角尖，因而不能将注意力集中在学习和工作上。三是对于病情的不利解释，病人念念不忘，甚至达到不能摆脱的地步，从而抑制了对其他事物的注意力。

失眠和健忘本质虽不一样，但两者常同时存在，并且可以互相影响，失眠可导致和加重健忘，健忘也会间接地加重失眠(失眠有何危害性？)。

失眠的症状

（1）入睡困难。上床很难马上睡着。

（2）睡不安稳，噩梦频频，容易惊醒。

（3）早醒，醒后不能马上入睡。

（4）睡眠质量差。醒后感到疲乏。

（5）虽能入睡，却自觉整夜未睡好。

  25. Mikael – I really like the idea of the 21E too. Never a big fan of the open bolt light machine guns. I always thought it would be a lot less training and confusion to have light machine guns with similar operating systems as rifles. And, yeah – an MG that can snipe is cool.

In a “sport” which already has done much to redefine the concept of bad taste, the pairs dancing compulsory program, and especially the Russian pair pictured above, just seemed to be like watching a huge train wreck. To be fair, they apparently had toned down their costumes somewhat from the picture, but I was stunned by the overwhelming cluelessness and hubris of the Russian skaters. Others were less egregious, but this is truly a bizarre Olympic event.
