失眠患者也容易健忘吗？

健忘是指人记忆力减退，是人体智能活动障碍的一种表现，可由许多疾病引起，如脑血管病、帕金森症、一氧化碳中毒、脑外伤等都可引起健忘，表现为近期或远期记忆力减退、易忘事、注意力不集中等。

在短暂性失眠或失眠症早期时，常无健忘症状。而当长期失眠，或失眠症状严重时就会出现健忘。长期失眠病人常常诉说自记忆力减退，做事丢三落四，常常记不清物品放在什么地方，想不起来与自己很熟的人的名字，记不住上课时老师讲的内容，看完一本书后觉得脑袋里空空的，没什么印象。和脑子里有破坏性病变的记忆障碍不同，失眠病人的健忘症状主要是由于注意力不集中、精神疲乏、缺乏兴趣所致；而脑子里有破坏性病变的人根本不能将识记对象保存在大脑里，因而也就无法回忆起来。需要特别指出的是，失眠引起的健忘一般程度轻，更不会进展到痴呆，而且它是暂时性的，是完全可以恢复的，可以随着睡眠状况的好转而好转，对此不必过于担心。

失眠导致健忘的原因有三：一是由于大脑长期处于弱兴奋状态，因而很多活动不能持久，容易疲劳，学习时间稍长就容易走神。二是病人注意力和记忆力常集中在自己的病情和几件特别引起自己烦恼的事情上，常在这上面兜圈子，思想固执，容易固执，容易钻牛角尖，因而不能将注意力集中在学习和工作上。三是对于病情的不利解释，病人念念不忘，甚至达到不能摆脱的地步，从而抑制了对其他事物的注意力。

失眠和健忘本质虽不一样，但两者常同时存在，并且可以互相影响，失眠可导致和加重健忘，健忘也会间接地加重失眠(失眠有何危害性？)。

失眠的症状

（1）入睡困难。上床很难马上睡着。

（2）睡不安稳，噩梦频频，容易惊醒。

（3）早醒，醒后不能马上入睡。

（4）睡眠质量差。醒后感到疲乏。

（5）虽能入睡，却自觉整夜未睡好。

But when I use extensions like “switchsharp” in chrome to set proxy like this “192.168.1.1:8087″, it works.

  14. comentou em 28 de janeiro de 2010 às 13:49. Uso os dois, depende da época. O rosinha/alaranjado é mais forte e para peles mais oleosas (mas amo o efeito de limpeza profunda que dá). Já o azul/esverdeado é mais suave. Limpa tanto quanto o rosa, mas é mais suave na pele. Acho que dá pra começar provando o azul.BJssss!!!!!

  20. das wird sich schon einpendeln. Alte Versionen wie 1.5 und 1.6 fallen raus. Wie gesagt 65% nutzen 2.2 oder höher bis 2.3. Da ist der Anpassungsaufwand gegen 0. Android 3.x ist Tablett, also eine spezielle Zielgruppe, die eh besondere Bedürfnisse hat – das ist beim iPad ganz genauso – und 4.x ist dann ja auch gerade erst im kommen, weil die HW-Hersteller jetzt erst nach und nach mit Updates kommen. warte mal 3 Monate, dann sieht das schon ganz anders aus.

  50. if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself. get foam mattresses with zip casings, sprinkle silica gel on door ways, check all bottom drawers inside out, use hot steam at 200 degrees and spray chemicals bought from store. done , then check every day until the egg cycle is thru,then once a week, then once a month forever.
