各型颈椎病选用哪些治疗方案较为合适？

颈椎病治疗有许多方法可供选择，但各型颈椎病的症状不同，相应的治疗方法也有所不同。那么，各型颈椎病选用哪些治疗方案较为合适一些呢？

（1）颈型：一般可采用牵引、理疗、推拿、西式手法、医疗体操、小针刀疗法、中草药等非手术疗法，均可见效。少数有残存症状者可用颈围保护等一般措施继续治疗，原则上不须手术。

（2）根型：也主要采用牵引、推拿、理疗、医疗体操、药物、中草药等非手术疗法，其中采用牵引、医疗体操、推拿三者相结合的综合疗法效果较好。症状较严重者可辅以维生素B1、抗炎灵等药物或中草药治疗。手术仅用于经非手术治疗后上肢放射痛严重、肩臂部肌力减弱、明显肌萎缩等症状仍严重的病人。

（3）椎动脉型：可选择理疗、牵引、药物、颈围、中草药等方法，并可用抗凝疗法。在进行推拿、西式手法等手法治疗时，应避免幅度较大的旋转等手法，以防止牵扯、激惹椎间孔或椎管内窦脊神经，兴奋交感神经而引起眩晕，恶心等症状。

（4）脊髓型：手法治疗仅适用于病程短、症状较轻者，但原则上禁忌牵引、推拿及西式手法治疗，可使用保护性颈围、减少颈部活动及用中草药活血等疗法。手术对较严重的病例应及早进行。

（5）混合型：基本上根据患者的主要症状，有重点、有目的地采用针对性方法进行治疗。

Faster sites means Google can crawl them more rapidly.Not that there's anything wrong with it, but it's as much self serving as it is generous to provide a toolset to help pages run faster.A nano improvement on each site aggregated across the macroscale that Google works in is a significant difference.
