哪些人易患颈椎病?

在临床工作中，我们发现颈椎病在某些人群中具有一定的高发性。那么，哪些人容易罹患颈椎病呢？

从年龄上讲，由于伴随着年龄的增长，颈椎过多的慢性劳损会引起椎间盘变性、弹性减弱，椎体边缘骨刺形成，小关节紊乱，韧带增厚、钙化等一系列退化性病理改变，因此，中老年人患颈椎病的较多。

从职业上讲，长期低头伏案工作者或头颈常向某一方向转动者易患颈椎病。这些职业包括办公室工作人员、打字员、抄写者、计算机操作人员、会计、刺绣女工、手术室护士、长期观看显微镜者、交通警察和教师等。虽然这些职业的工作量、工作强度并非很大，但由于工作姿势不当，长期低头，造成颈后肌群、韧带等组织劳损（低头时，椎间盘承受的内压较大），或头颈常偏于一侧引起局部劳损。因此这些职业的工作人员颈椎病的发病率较高。

从睡眠姿势上讲，由于人的一生中大约有1、4～1、3时间是在床上度过，当枕头过向、过低或枕的部位不当时，不良睡眠姿势持续时间较长，睡眠时不能矛以及时调整，易造成椎旁的肌肉、韧带、关节平衡失调，张力大的一侧易疲劳而产生不同程度的劳损。因此，喜欢卧高枕者及有反复“落枕”病史者易患颈椎。此外，躺着看书、看电视时头部长久单一姿势等日常生活中不良姿势过多的人，也易发生颈椎病。

有头部外伤史的患者也易患颈椎病。由于交通事故、运动性损伤导致的颈椎损伤，往往诱发颈椎病的发生。外伤后的颈椎病以年轻人较为多见。如体育活动中不适小女孩的运动，超过了颈部所能耐受的量；军事训练中失手造成的颈部意外创伤等，往往会导致损伤后的椎间盘、韧带不能修复而发病。

最后，有颈椎先天性畸形者，如先天性椎管狭窄、先天性椎体融合、颈肋和第7颈椎横突肥大等，易患颈椎病。咽喉部炎症有时也可成为诱发颈椎病症状的原因。

  27. By the way, I don't think I will ever use audioswap. It is a nice first step of getting companies used to using the music, but the inability to put the sound in with the video soundtrack (ie – having the music as BGM to ambient sounds or conversation), and the inability to handle the file directly to beatmatch or edit a file as a music vid makes it unuseable. I hope that it is part of a longer term strategy to secure licensing to allow users to download and use music for the sole purpose of inclusion, with proper credit, in fully edited videos for YouTube.
