头皮按摩防治失眠法 – 适用于神经衰弱、头痛、健忘者

【适用范围】神经衰弱、头痛、失眠、健忘者的防治。

【方法步骤】立体、坐位均可，将左右手五指分开，用指肚在头皮上轻轻按摩，先从前发际到后发际，轻推30次。再从双耳尖到巅顶轻推30次，最后用十指肚轻叩头皮各部位5分钟，每日早晚各1次。

【功效作用】头部有很多穴位，像百会、脑户、玉枕等，针灸这些穴位，能够防治许多疾病，按摩这些穴位，虽不像针灸那样强烈，但是按摩面积较大，动作较轻柔，同样能够通经活络，起到防治神经衰弱、头痛、失眠、健忘的作用。头皮血液循环改善了，还有利于头发的生长发育，防止头发脱落和变白。
